WYSIWYG for UNREGISTERED/GUESTS on new post/reply
 
Is it possible to enable the enhanced wysiwyg editor for unregistered users who are able to post replies?

technically, you can activate permissions on the guests usergroup and tack across the system to disable the deactivation, but the problem is that your guests will be useful to you only if they register,.... if your site is for unregistered, you gain no friendship in your community...
