how to change showthread link like in here

hello :)

the showthread links in my forum looks like that
showthread.php?125-blablatest

and i want to change it like in vbulletin.org to look like this:
showthread.php?t=125

how can i do it and where to change it? :confused:

my version is 4.0.8
