Need CSS assistance for vb 3.8
 

No major help here is needed that will take a long time. Just need to fix one instance on our board. Here's a link to the problem (http://hmandsforums.oliwy.net/forums/register.php). As you can see, the top half of the registration box is skinned with an image. The bottom half is still default blue. We also have this issue with the thread reply box, the fast reply box, the page where members edit their details, and the THANKS FOR LOGGING IN box that appears for a few seconds after a member has logged in. I am trying to fix all of these, but I need an idea of where in my templates or css I'd need to go to correct this issue, so every box can be skinned entirely like the top half of the registration box is.
