New theme for cms/forum
 
I've recently upgraded to 4.1 PL2 and decided to now look for a dedicated theme for my forum.

The primary colours need to be Silver (Grey) or White background with Black content. I'll also want to add some minor colouring to places so it needs to sit well with Blue, Gold and Red.

Logo is Red, White and Black and consists of the main logo and a hobby logo at the top, so probably one on the left with main one on the right.

I'd also like to have a new smilie set to compliment the colours.

Any pointers to a style would be appreciated
