Beacon Ads

I am trying to install Beacon Ads. Cant seem to find the place to put the 1st code. I have tried forumhome, footer and the shell but it still is not working. Most of you are not going to know what Beacon Ads are. It is a Christian Company similar to goggle. If any of you are using this please let me know where to put the code. The support at Beacon have been no help whatsoever.
