3.8.6 Eliminate Border Around Attached Thumbnail Images

Hello,

How can I remove the border around attached thumbnail images in v3.8.6 as shown in the image below? I have figured out how to change the "Attached Images" text, but would like to completely remove the border and text similar to the attachment system in v4.0.x.
