Soft delete only?

is it possible to make it so certain moderator usergroups can only use the soft delete? instead of having the option to physically remove?

in other words can i make it so admins have to verify the deleting of posts before the get physically removed?

admincp > Forums & Mods > Show All Moderators > edit permissions > Can Physically Delete Posts> No (it's in several places depending on the area)
