Hello, I just wanted to know where I could find this plugin at...

It's basically a plugin where you can change your paid subscription usergroup to whatever color you wanted. I've looked high and low for this plugin, i've even contacted the owner of that website and its hard to find. Any suggestions?

It's just i need that plugin.

That looks like default vbulletin. Basically, if you are in a couple of usergroups, you can choose which is your 'display' usergroup and then it will show the html markup from that usergroup. The usergroup must have "Can overrid primary group title/markup" set to Yes in order for it to be a pickable option.
