Un-Activated User Management
 
I have bots signing up at a brand new site already and I turned on Confirm Email so not I get a lot of Waiting Email Confirmation.

I searched for something that would clean out this usergroup once a week or so and I found Un-Activated User Management. The downside is it is from 2005.

Does anyone know of an updated version of this for 4.x?
