Searching add-on (as in the picture) with chat system

Hello,

I'm searching an add-on above the status bar like this:

It includes chat system with friends in the forum and other links...

That looks like "Comet Chat" to me... it's commercial (not free) you can google it. You can search vb org too- there have been a lot of discussions with the pros and cons of using it.
