Page selection not displaying in user albums

On the global albums for all users the page selection displays:
http://www.carpediem.im/album.php?

But when I view a single users album collection it doesn't:
http://www.carpediem.im/album.php?u=109

Does anyone know how to get the page selection script to show for a single users album collection?
