Report of Who Hasnt Read?

OK,
I use my board for employees and I need to make sure everyone is reading certain topics
I have the mod for "Who has read" a thread

I am looking for basically the opposite now... a way to list members of a group that have "not" read a certain thread.

I also use the force read...but sometimes thats too much and my people dont like it

This must be possible ? anyone have an idea
