Looking for a better 'reported post' system / icon
 
I am certain only 10% of my forum membership know what the reported post icon looks like and what it does. (my bad I suppose, I have yet to get round to drafting “how to use this forum" guidelines)

I would like to have some larger buttons underneath each post's text, perhaps as many as three. For example.

Something like this, very clear and very accessible.

Is there anything like this out there? A more obvious report a post function system?
