How Can I post an article in vbCMS 4.0.8 by RSS ?

As we know , we can post a thread in our forum by RSS .
But how can do the same thing in vbCMS ?
I want to add a section for news , and I want use RSS to post newst news from news website in my section in vbCMS , How can I do this ?

There is no function to do this.

If you require somebody else to write this modification, you would have to post in either the unpaid or paid requests forum. This forum is for you to get help programming it yourself - you post your code, say what's wrong, and we help you fix it.

I thought there is a way , but i don't know where it is .
But , now you told me my request is absent in orignal script ...
and if I want it , I must request it from programmer who can write it .
