Hi ,

The Mod have alot of features

Features

Block 1 user or more from sending PM
Block 1 usergroup or more from sending Pm
Allow sending for specific group like admin usergroup http://www.r-khair.net/vb/images/smilies/wink.png.
Block sending PM before X posts
Allow sending PM to specific usergroup without any posts like admin usergroup.

This is new feature that is mostly needed

I think this one is built in on usergroup permissions page?
