Linking homepage login form to vbulletin?

How could i link a login form on my homepage to all the users which have registered on vbulletin

So for example they log in inputting their username and password on the homepage and once logged in it states their name on the homepage and keeps them logged in when switching pages to the vbulletin forum.

This is the code so far in the html index.php for login.

What Home Page are you using ?

Vbadvanced works in this instance
