Additional "Adsense Linking Code" & the Google Adsense Control Panel
 

I've been running Adsense code to collect tracking data on our forums for several years. However, I'm now trying to get the additional code for "Adsense Linking" in the Google Adsense control panel to work in order to link that tracking data with the Adsense revenue data for each page.

I've done it successfully in our non-forum webpages. But I'm not successful in our forums.

I've tried placing this 3rd bit of code in the HEADER template. But its not generating the linking data.

If you've got the linking code working which ties the normal Adsense revenue data to the normal Adsense tracking data in the Adsense Control Panel, please advise where you have placed this third bit of code.
