[Suggestion] Ability to change/add other columns to the "Reports"

I'd like to add summary or possibly description to the report results. Maybe even something in advanced search where you can pick the columns to display. So when you "save report" it includes the report.

Looking to create a report from field submissions that we would bring to the table during roadmap discussions.

Currently just quering backend.
