Remove Icon Legend and Posting permissions box
 
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would have the skills/knowledge to create a plugin that would remove the Icon Legend and Posting permissions box's that appear through vBulletin?

Edit: Never mind, please ignore, this is for VB 3.x.

I don't know about a mod but if you edit your templates and find:
<!-- icon key -->
and deleted everything between <!-- icon key --> and <!-- / icon key --> you'll remove your icon legend... Then delete the text: $forumrules which is just a couple lines below the bottom of the "icon key" that will remove the posting permissions. I did this for one of my styles to get rid of the useless info...

This is for forumdisplay template... i think it's the same or very similar for showthread and the PM templates too.
