anything to make up for FFmpeg
 

Hey guys, im just wondering does any of you run flv videos on your sites anywhere.
It seems i can not run flv videos because my server does not have FFmpeg installed.
Wondering if there is more of a simple solution to be able to make flv videos work running from my own server without having to install FFmpeg please?

You need to upload an flv player such as flowplayer, you can then get it to run as an embeded flv in your html, but the player must be on the same domain as your pages.
Google flowplayer, it is free and comes with complete instructions. I have not used in in a VB site, but use it in many other php based sites (Mambo and Joomla) and don't see why it would not work on a VB powered site.
