Error message "Database error", Is it the hosting service or is it VB ?

Hi guys this problem has been going for 2 days and I am very tempted to switch the Hosting Service. I have 2 websites (VB) and both with Godaddy. One is working fine (though once in a while very slow for a few minutes) and the 2nd one has been troublesome.

So here is how the 2nd forum is acting: When unregistered (not logged in), I could enter the main page (home page) and Blog but NOT the forum.
Here is what I get when trying to enter the forum:

But then I sign in as Admin, then I have no problem going to my forum by going into Admin CP and clicking the link in the upper right corner to enter the forum.

The day before yesterday I was just fine, and I had done nothing in between.

I wanted to switch Hosting Service but then I thought: If it's the hosting then why is my OTHER forum running fine?

Please advise and I thank you for your response

When you get that page next time do view source so you can see the actual error. That way we can help.

With that said, run don't walk from godaddy hosting...
