Just purchased & Installed Vbulletin!

I want to offer stream only videos for underprivileged Students and would like to have a Media section in my site. Need to also incorporate pay-pal as well to accept gov.-grants.

I would like to mirror it exactly like this:

Can someone please tell me in detail how they would go about mirroring this website's Media section exactly?

What mods are they using?

It is all custom programmed in house as vbulletin has very little support for video. It requires a Wowza / FMS license and a dedicated box with root access. We use
Wowza
2X quad core 2.66 Intel
12GB ram
2X 500 GB raid
GB unmetered connection

This allows us to deliver to around 1000 people simultaneously per box and has ipad / iphone support. we are able to sell videos on a per video, per category, or full access model selectable by the users and associate quizzes with each video.
