Notifications (albums, wall etc.)

Here my feature request, i am missing this function actually since a long time of vbulletin history.
The problem:
when i comment a users picture or i write a comment on a users wall and so on, i will never recognize if he answered/commented on this post except i visit this page again. This can be very exhausting when i comment 10-20 picture of different users and i wait for their comments, i have to visit these pictures again and again.
So my idea, simply solve it as for example facebook did it:
get a notification message (similar to the "new private message" notification) that shows the user that someone answered on his comment.
Example:
I comment a picture of a user or write something on his wall
  • he or another person is also writing something with regard to my post
    • i receive a message that someone commented my post
      • i am writing something again to answer
        • the other users who commented my post receive a notification that i answered on their comment
          • and so on
The result is, that i always know the history of my comments, i see when someone is commenting my comment.
Would be nice to see this feature in a future version of vBulletin.
This can be expanded to blogs and the cms as well.
Kind regards

Agree. Any time a user responds to anything there should be an option to be notified. A user should never have to go search out responses (a ridiculous concept).

Any news on doing this for vb4? People complain that they leave messages but no one responds.
