some wierd issue!

This is wht iam getting no clue wht so ever! why..

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 21309622 bytes) in /myweb/mysite/public_html/index.php(597) : eval()'d code on line 37

if someone can tell me wht it means! that will be tremendous help... i contacted my server ppl they hav no idea why i am getting this..

try this .
tell server people to increse memory in php.ini
