Help Center Icon Missing from vB

Hello, I have vB 3.8.6 and after I upgraded from 3.8.4 I noticed that only one custom usergroup cannot see the Help Center Icon anymore, but all other usergroups can. See the attached pic of what I mean by the icon. It's the little blue icon with the question mark.

Anyone have any ideas?
