Speeding up VB4

Hello,

Some members are complaining of slow page loads... what can I do I have had a google and done a fe wthings but I think teh pages are taking a little too long to load.

Would be got to have a plugin to speed it all up :-)

Any ideas help guidance would be very appreciated
