Improving the Seach, has it been done?
 
As of now the vBulletin Search feature on my forum is a point of derision and mockery, I'm using the built in search.

Is there a way to improve or replace the built in search feature or a mod or hack that makes the search viable?

In Admin CP-> Search Type, what search are you using, Fulltext search engine or vBulletin search engine... I've been curious to see which is better, and why... My forum is using full text- we haven't had any problems.
