customizing profile display issues

Having some weird display issues on the customization of the profile. Maybe it's supposed to be this way, but I've noticed that others aren't getting the display this way.

I thought once you hit customize profile the entire page of customizations displays. Mine end up in a weird frame with a scroll bar. Is there a way to fix this?

Create a new style with no parent:
  • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
  • Parent Style: No Parent Style
  • Title: Default vBulletin
  • Allow User Selection: Yes
  • Save
Then try to customize your profile using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
