YUI and jQuery going forward

Can anyone clarify:

1. Whether vB still uses jQuery in any part of the default 4.0.8 install? And if not, why it's still in /clientscript/jquery along with the droppy, floatbox, styleselect and tooltip plugins?

2. Which version of YUI is being targeted for 4.1?
