vb.org Archive - help installing a flash header

Ive just started working in flash, and im not a good coder, for that matter im a noob. So been looking for a way to put my flash header on my web site. found this on the site https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...ht=embed+flash but it looks a bit out of date because my header code does not look like his example. is there anyone that can give me a hand with this?
