Force users to fill user_fields

is there any option for force users to fill user_fields ?

if user_field no#11 is empty, show a notification on forums to force him/her to fill it.

You can do it as I have created a custom field and I force users to fill it in, then it shows in the postbit but I can't remember how I did it but I know it was not hard. I will try and find out how I did it.

Ok found it :)

It is set in User Profile Fields/User Profile Manager.

Wait, that is how you do it but it doesn't show up in the postbit. I think that the right name for it. Does anyone know how to force a custom user field to show in the postbit? Basically the section under the avatar

thank you for your quick reply but i have tried it before.
when a field is set to "Field Required", on the register page it can`t be pass by the user.

i want my users to "quick register without any requirements" but "fill the fields while surfing" on my forum.

i need a notification plugin like this;
if "user_field_11" is empty --> show a dialog box on notification to fill them.

it may be a reminder? it may be notifier or anything else.
