Reqest the modification of login

Hello dear members and coders, i would like to have this modifyed login and register page as normal standard page, is anyone able to make it like this ? it will be cool and userfriendly !

there is no addon for it,
but post the link on here for the site where you got this image from and i will make one..

yes i know, i made my Idea by my self and i need this it will be a cool userfriendly design, who can design it ?

no it does not need to go on the forum index , its just this message page for unregisterd users looks like that ! is it not possible to do this ?
