move forum to new domain?????

how do i go about moving it to a new domain?

i tried just moving the folder into the new domain root as the db is on the same server but seems to not work?

It would help us top help you, if you posted the error on the page.

If the server has a panel on it, ie cpanel, then the user access info for the db, needs to be setup in cpanel, then changed in your config file.
