New to setting up Facebook Connect

I'm completely new to setting up vBulletin and I need help with Facebook connect. I created an app within facebook, but I need 5 users to submit it. Plus, I didn't put any code, I just created an app called "facebook integration". I know more then 5 people who are willing to help me submit it, but how do I direct them to click it?

Please help, I'm completely lost.
