simple and neat layout. i like the colors combination, it is really smooth for my eyes..

one small feedback...it looks like left side bar seems to be bigger in size...otherthan that it looks good...wish you all the best :)

Good start, would suggest adding some color to keep the attention.

Like how you added the language converter. But, you may want to cut it back to the more popular languages, to void clutter. A good comparison is having a single forum called "world travel" versus a forum for every single country. Most people speak one of ten primary languages.

the header is very good , however the dropdowns are ...not good , you need to define the borders and edges i'd say... After the header, everything else kind of... dies in a sense...it gets boring in terms of style....

The actual view forums is much better than the rest of the forums... you should consider adding colors as stated above..

Yeah I need to get a designer in to work on this, also the drop down on user names displays being the rows in IE
