Help w/ database error

Hello everyone.

I have been having problems with my site since Yesterday

PHP Code:

MySQL Error Table './xxxx_forum/post' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed
Error Number
144

After an excruciating day looks like that error is sort of fixed, I were able to open the site and now we can do everything and move trhough forums etc but now I'm having a new db error related to postedithistory, whenever I need to edit a post I'll get this on Save Changes:

PHP Code:

MySQL Error Table './xxxx_forum/postedithistory' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed
Error Number
144

My host is specialized in vBulletin but they haven't being able to fix the problem or they may want money from me or I don't know what. Do you guys have any suggestions, anything I can suggest to them or to the guy that is helping me? I'll appreciate that very much because I?m getting nuts here.

Thanks.

If you get an error about a crashed table, then you need to Repair/Optimize the table.

Though.... Of course, the guys at my hosting have done that several times and I did it twice from the forum CP to no avail.

And how does a person repair a table? I am getting the following error the last few days...

MySQL Error : Table 'vb_humanverify' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
also...
MySQL Error : Table 'vb_user' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Is this something that is done from inside vbulletin?

Thank you. This seemed almost too easy. It appears to have worked and hopefully will get rid of these error messages I have been receiving every 2 minutes or so. Thanks.
