Change Margin Color with vB4?

Do any of you know how to change the color of the margins so they are no the default vbullletin light gray?

Almost like here on both sides of the set width forum on vbulletin.org its a dark (gradient style) blue than the standard light gray that comes on vbulletin.

Running 4.0.6
