Private topics

Some members asked me if it was possible to make private topics.
I thought it was a good idea. but i don't know how to implement it.

I am wondering what you think of that idea and maybe have some suggestions for it.

So there should be an option witch you can enable / disable for every usergroup.
Members can make a topic and set it to private, then in their usercp they can set witch users / usergroups or friends & contacts can view their topics.

What you think about this idea?
