Change color of "What's Going On" header

I can't find in the stylevars where to change the color of the "What's going on" header. Notice how it is still grey.

I'm not sure if I've actually made sure all the blue on the site is now orange or grey... but hopefully I've got most of it.

Any assistance is very much appreciated.
