[HELP] - CMS Widgets can not config

Please help me to config my cms widgets
After i creat any widgets , i can not config them
These are some shot :

I had this specific error... it is not VBulletin, it is the server configuration...

when my provider changed the server configuration file, it immediately cleared this up.

I cannot tell you WHAT parameters he changed, but that the issue is on the server.

I can't see whatever images you posted. If you are getting some sort of error (look in your error_logs), then you should tell the host what error you are getting so they can fix it.
