Modify Thread Rating options?
 

I have the (5) current default thread rating options. I would like to do a few modifications, but not sure how:

1. Limit the number of options from (5) to (2).

2. Change the current rating images to a simplified (2) like or dislike images.

3. Ensure that when majority of users vote one way versus another, that it displays that majority vote image.

4. Limit which user groups can vote, but ensure all users can view vote
