After Installing 4.0.8 Problem with style vars
 

Hi I have installed the update 4.0.8 my vbcms_widget_block_background color changed back to default them setting.. I did go back to the style vars for my theme and try making change but even after that some of the change are not working.
I didn't have this problem when I updated from 4.06 to 4.0.7.

I experienced the same problem. I had to redo my sidebar and widget stylevars. Everything else didn't get affected, only those two items.

I just did the upgrade and all went well except for the box on the forum home with all the stats it it. It's now all crammed to the left with no borders.

How did you redo it since I have changed everything need to match with the theme but it not working.

Don't forget to update your template people. There were changes to some classes and things will look wonky if you don't update/revert them.

I did revert them but still the same... any help

You reverted/updated your CSS templates also?

Also, Edwin posted an article over on vb.com about setting the default profile style.

How do you revert CSS templates?

Same way you do a template - click on it and then hit Revert. Don't do that to additional.css though unless you want to totally wipe it out (default is blank).

I will agree. Its taking many hours of work on all themes to fix the following:

-wgo.background is altered back to default
-sidebar widget in forums is altered back to default
-input colors such as log-in colors
-some values are transparent
-profile sidebar is transparent...
-menu navbar sometimes inputs a border of 10

-other font colors have lost their color as well...

The above is a quick list I've noticed so far.
