Help validate XHTML

Just checked my site using W3C Markup Validator and its showing 10 errors.

Have tried searching for the errors in the templates but cant seem to find them so could do with some help please tracking down the errors.

URL checked - http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/

I've tried turning off all plugins but still same errors.
