Can't find a simple font-color change :(

Anybody that can help me find this, I would be very grateful.

Example, when you click "Post New Thread", the "Your Message", "Additional Options" and "Posting Permissions" block thingees show up. Inside Additional Options, there's header text for each blockrow, like "Attachments", "Subscription", "Post a Poll" and "After You Submit Message"... for the life of me I've been trying to find where to change this in StyleVars for the past 2 hours and have yet to find it.

In the attachment, it's the bold black font I'm looking for.
