Editor Box issue

Gentlemen
When forum members click to Post New thread; the editor box appears to the extreme right side of the page; but when they reply it appears justified (in the middle page ) as it should be.
My question:
How can I reposition the editor box and make it pop up in the middle page when posting new thread?
