[suggestion] The version/status/issuetype selector should be at the top
 
The version/status/issuetype selctor in the issuelist appears at the bottom of the page making it very hard to switch version/status/issuetype without scrolling down to the bottom of a long list of issues.

This should really be at the top, above the issuelist.

I've changed the template in our installation but I think this should be the default.
