Possible Child Members?

I have a client that has an existing Joomla site with about 500 members. We're looking to add a forum to it. A lot of these members are families with children. Can vBulletin have a main account and then child accounts under the main account. Therefor if anything were to happen to the main account - banned, terminated, anything like that, the child accounts would also have the same effect. Are there any kind of add ons or mods here on .org?
