Last Post By error?

My forum shows an error in the Last Post By field.

See attached image. It shows the users name twice, with some other span info. Not sure what is causing the issue.

I tried reverting Threadbit Template, but that didn't fix this issue. Any ideas?

Look at your page source and see what is there. Then find that template and see what is going on (that isn't the threadbit template, it's the forumhome_lastpostby template).
