Fixed Width Size

What is a good fixed with size for forums (in px) that works well in all browsers?

The main table will be centered.

Take a look at where I have it now at 900 px

It's more or less monitor size I would asume
900 works well. I use 995 works for my needs and noone has ever other wise..
It's more or less to each it's own..
I believe vb.org use 900 or somewheres in the area.. so it's got to be good ;) lol
