Match Making Forums

I want to combine vBulletin with a match making interface like tagged.com. I'm a software engineer who knows something about PHP and I know SQL like the back of my hand. Is this a modification I would have to write from scratch or is there an addon like this that already exists?

You would have to write this yourself as I do not know of any existing mod that has been shared.
